Novalis real estate is an agency based in Hamburg, Germany. They offer sales, auctions, and lettings on a variety of properties around Hamburg. With their knowledge of all aspects of real estate, they aim to fulfill their client's wishes with the best possible care and dedication.
Mission: Novalis Real Estate approached me before they officially started the business. They requested a modern logo and that's what I delivered.
The founders of Novalis and I bounced ideas off of each other until they decided they loved the logo that I had come up with. The goal was to create a logo that suits their business and reflects their professionalism.
Timeless, mordern & unique
We decided to go for a timeless design, meaning it won't ever go out of style.
I went with classic elements such as sleek lines, simple lettering, few colors, and a highly defined element to give the brand a clean and modern look.
The vintage key is the unique and iconic element of the logo, it holds the importance of symbolizing home & safety.
Package
Novalis Real Estate got the essential package, which includes: a logo, typography, color palette, brand pattern, mood board, and a brand presentation PDF. They also added business cards and email signatures.
Their business is now official and these are photos that they've taken!
